My husband and I had a great experience! The space in Leadville was clean, cute, and reasonably priced! Would definitely stay again.
Had a fabulous time at the Hiker’s Haven. We were in town visiting family & the location was perfect; we had everything we needed for the week. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood. We took walks every morning and admired the neighborhood houses. We were a 5 min walk from the coffee shop, restaurants and great boutique shops. Everything I’m the loft was stocked and ready for us. Kitchen was perfect to cook dinner, snacks, etc. Relaxed in the evening and watched TV and recharged for the next days adventure. We’ll be back in the winter for our skiing with our family.

I was searching for a large house in Leadville to use for personal stays as well as managing the property when I'm not there. The folks at High Rocky Homes were super helpful every step of the way from finding a house all the way to closing, furnishing, and getting the property management off the ground. Additionally, their model helped me save nearly $10k on the house purchase, which helped tremendously with startup furnishing costs. While searching for my house, their insight into the market was invaluable. Very knowledgeable, approachable, and easy to work with.
